Arm Balances

Tuesday & Wednesday @ 7 PM

A deep, intentional flow to open your body and increase range of motion. This class targets splits, backbends, and spinal flexibility through breath-led movement.

Happy Hour

Friday @ 6 PM

End your week with a full-body Vinyasa Flow designed to ground, energize, and reset. This playful yet powerful class blends strength and fluidity, leaving you refreshed and recharged.

Handstands

Saturday @ 12 PM

Flip your perspective and build balance upside-down! A specialized class that breaks down technique, drills, and mindset for handstands.
